first birthday present of the year
I received my first birthday present of the year few days ago! The pretty French brand, LongChamp handbag was bought from Germany by my brother-in-law. The cost was shared by him and my sister and it is to be my birthday present from them for this year. Alright, in case you're curious how the bag looks like, here are two pictures of it:
The second picture shows that the bag can be folded further into a small bag. I think it's pretty cute. Anyway, I don't think I'll be using the the bag often. Personally, I prefer tote bags. Most of my bags are tote bags anyway. Ah well, this is my first HANDBAG. I'm glad to have a decent handbag I can call my own for now. If I ever use handbags, they belong to my mother; LOL. She likes handbags more than tote bags. Her handbags are extravagant and prices are definitely too steep for a poor student like me.
But wait, I'm no longer a student. Anyway, I am happy to announce that last night was the first night of the past few which I had no nightmares! In my previous post, I was telling my blog readers of the horrible nightmares I've had. I hope they'll be long gone away and never return.
It seems like my day passes faster than normal today. I'm really looking forward to meeting Mei and Steph later in the evening for dinner. A long time it has been since the last time we met; just the three of us without our partners. Albert is not here anymore; Mr Wu has gone for reservist. Hehe, so it's only us. We can share secrets openly tonight!
