Why pants do not lie? Pants get tight when you put on weight. That speaks for Carrousel. She has put on weight again. I digged out the formal pants I used to wear to work two years ago. Gosh, they get pretty tight. I can still wear but it is more than just fitting. My goodness. Sighs* This is so depressing.
I don't want to reach size 10 or even more. How many times I've said I want to go on a diet? Sometimes it just doesn't work out. I pray that I'll shed some weight off when I start to work. I shall take less of the fried and sweet stuff and make it a point to jog every Sunday with my mom.
Alright, enough is enough. I would like to move on to the happier things. I spent a great Saturday with Mr Wu. We played 2 rounds of mahjong with John and Jeremy in the morning at Mr Wu's place and watched 'The Dark Knight' at AMK hub. Hehe, I really enjoyed the game. It was pretty exciting and ... I'm so proud of myself, again! The biggest winner - though not the only. Mr Wu ruined my '1 house eat 3 houses' title in the last game. I was... so disappointed. Hehe..well, another time I guess.
As for the Batman movie, Mr Wu was so excited about the whole movie throughout. I do apologise for the fact that we entered the theatre a bit late and he missed the beginning of the movie. So sorry about it! LOL. As the movie played, I stole glances at him a few times. Each time I looked at him, he was so engrossed in the movie; just like a kid would be in a cartoon film. I guess, that was the first time I witnessed such an innocent side of him. LOL...
The movie ended around 2230. We headed home after that. To my home. He sent me home and.. to be honest, I miss those days when we could just go home late and that nothing would be on our minds when we spend time together. These days, we often need to think about the time we should be going home since Mr Wu has to work the next day. It'll be my turn soon. Once I start working, the situation will be made worse. He has to study and I need to work. We probably can't spend as much time as we used to together. The thought of it makes me sad. What we could do now is to cherish the good times we spend together and not to take every second for granted.
I'm so excited; my brother-in-law bought me a Justin Timberlake DVD. I caught a bit of it with my brother before he left for Tekong earlier on. It was fantastic!
See, the cover looks awesome.
For those who love JT too, I don't mind lending out the DVD. Hehe.
