chemistry lesson
I've been having deep thoughts on this word lately. For your information, I'm not talking about the scientific term - chemistry. I am referring to ... chemistry between a pair of lovers. Sometimes I wonder if chemistry is built to last? Will a relationship built on chemistry last?
What if chemisty runs out between a couple one day? I ponder to myself hard if chemistry is a good or bad thing. On the positive side, it could bring two into a relationship happily. Again, I question. Will the happiness that is built on chemistry last? I've seen it put to test that happiness built on such basis is only short-lived.
I always think that as long as chemistry exists, happiness is bound to come. You can possibly get into a relationship simply because of chemistry... and you start thinking that you're so captivated by the chemistry you have with someone so much so that you tend to overlook the his/her flaws that are not in line with your expectations. That is one bad thing. You thought you can change him/her; but for all you know, those flaws are inborn. Now, you start thinking hard on you should spend your efforts on nurturing the love seed and make it bloom.
Seemingly, chemistry may overcome the obstacles you have in a relationship. But again, you got to think twice about this. I do believe that chemistry will run out one day. It does not last. I am glad for a friend whom recently made a wise decision for herself and decided not to enter into a relationship with someone whom she doesn't love much.We have to start finding a concrete basis to build relationships on - L.O.V.E.
Away with chemistry. It does not last. Though it may not be lasting, I do think that it is still special - because you can't possibly have chemistry with just anyone like that. The other has to be someone whom you can connect to.
Chemistry connects people but it does not neccesarily match a pair well.
I am tired to walk on.
