one of the best

Weekends can be perfect - even without mahjong sessions for mahjong queen, CarrouseL.

I spent an extremely pleasant and enjoyable Saturday with the most important people in my life. Initially, I was a little bit disappointed that Mr Wu and I couldn't find players for our regular weekend mahjong sessions. Well, what caught me by surprise the most was the fact one of Mr Wu's friends was unwilling to play mahjong with me. I was so shocked when I heard this from him and I could not believe my ears. Apparently, that friend of his played mahjong with me once and he lost over 20 to me on 10-20 cents game. He was frightened away by my insane luck on that 'fateful' day. LOL. When I thought my Saturday was going to be dull just like blue Mondays, I was wrong and blamed myself for making judgments quickly.

As I mentioned that I spent the Saturday with the most important people in my life - they are my family, Mr Wu and Mei and Steph. In the morning, I was wondering if I should go ahead and meet up with Mei and Steph for our scheduled lunch at noon. I got home late on Friday night from work and my mind was clogged up with work. It took me awhile to be able to sleep. I was really tired. I am glad that I made the right choice to meet up with them in the end. It has been a while. The last time I saw them was 3 weeks ago when they celebrated my birthday for me. We had a quick lunch followed by a short stay at Starbucks, Centrepoint. Of course, we took pictures. We always take pictures whenever we meet up. Steph, please send those pictures to me in your camera soon okay?! I'll haunt you for it , everyday?!

Here are these in mine:

Hehe, the first one with Steph is hilarious uh? I want a piece of her food!

I went over to Mr Wu's place after the lunch. He didn't feel like going anywhere; so we decided to rent a horror dvd to watch it at his place. It was a pretty lousy Thai movie. Even though it was lousy, I was contented with just seeing him and spending time with him. He has decided to work on a part-time basis for the company he is having his internship at currently. I guess; as long as Barcap does not shift to Samsung Hub yet; I will be seeing him pretty often still. It's definitely something I will be happy about. Haha, speaking of which, he always makes me laugh with his silly acts. We went to Crocodile at Vivo City yesterday and again, got his 臭事。 Okay lah, this time I shall not expose him since he already begged me on MSN not to blog about it:

Well, I can't promise that I will not publish your silly acts here in future though, Mr Wu! LOL. Hehe, I thought I was very silly but you could well be someone even more silly than I am. Anyway, thanks for helping me with the song on the blog. It's our song here; I love the song. I don't care; you must master how to sing this. LOL. Yeap, "Baby it's you" is the song title.

Anyway, the wonderful Saturday night was spent with my family - we went to watch "Money No Enough 2". It was pretty funny and I recommend it to our typical fellow Singaporeans. My mom loved the movie... and I think it seems to a be a suitable movie for families. Most of the movie-goers were groups of families. Since I started working London shift, I haven't been able to see/speak much to of my family. I felt quite guilty about it and that I am not spending enough time with them; especially my mother and brother. I know that my sister is busy preparing for her wedding and probably it'd be hard to see her around on the weekends too. Same goes for my father. He's working 24/7 and never has that much time to spend with us.

I do hope that there'll be a day when the family could watch a movie together once.
