just my luck
I am exasperated, grrr!
It was just my luck to hail a cab with f.up driver after I knocked off work. I got into the cab and I said "Old Havelock Road, Uncle". He turned and glared at me. He then said in Chinese, "You could have flagged a cab elsewhere instead of getting into one from the taxi queue". He told me that he queued for an hour before I got into his cab. And now I just wanted to go to Tiong Bahru. So? That is purely his problem. If you had prepared to be in the queue, then please be prepared to drive to ANY locations.
Aside from that, he sped throughout the journey disregarding my safety. I swear to God I will lodge a complaint against the reckless and FUCKED UP cab driver. Oops, you can really tell I am pissed off! Erm.. I actually slammed the car door when I alighted the cab. But come on, that doesn't appease me?
I think I must have been too angry. I don't feel that well now; having chest pains since the cab ride. I shall listen to some soothing music to calm my nerves man...
It was a bad day at work too. Some f. up people just refused to cooperate and delayed our work. I just learnt a new role few days ago and am starting to put it to practice. I didn't feel so good about the new role especially when I am not very familiar with the procedures yet. Often, I have to ask my colleague. I feel quite bad that I am unable to help out much on the new role. In fact, I still add on to what DH has to do sometimes. Wonder how I am going to cope with I move on to another team in a month's time. *sob sob*
