My god, I am so dehydrated. My chapped lips and the gigantic ulcer that has stayed in my mouth for more than a week pointed to the fact that I've not had enough water. Regardless of the amount of water I drink now, I still feel that my body hasn't had enough of it.

I'm thirsty for more...

Water!

Grr. I wonder when will the ulcer go away :( I can't take it anymore...

I am missing out my favourite food because of it! The condition is so bad that it hurts even when I brush my teeth.

The ulcer really aggravates me sometimes. It hurts randomly... and I'll start to flare up!

I'm being naughty too. I know that I should abstain from fried food as much as possible. Or rather I should not take any for the time being. But guess what? I had chicken wings for dinner just now!

Looks like I have to say bye to the tin of Hershey's Kisses Mr Wu gave me. If I look at it from the bright side, this is a good way for me to reduce my calories intake temporarily. I wish I can be more determined to lose weight. Perhaps I have to 'force' myself to be more determined. I should start spending less money on food and snacks after meals. Besides stopping myself from eating more than necessary, it saves me money too. I realised that I've been spending a lot of money on food recently and this is not good!

My motto has always been "Save on food and splurge on shopping"

I just start spending more than normal on food unknowingly ever since I started work. Sometimes, I do not really enjoy lunching out with some colleagues. They spend more than what I feel is necessary just for lunch. I do not like to go for expensive meals and you know that the food will end up in the bowl within the next 4 hours or so (it's probably less than that for me, LOL!) I think it's a waste of money to splurge on food... the same goes for how I think about going for expensive buffets.

I do think that it is fine and acceptable to splurge on food once in a blue moon. I'm glad Mr Wu is contented with his $5 of Hokkien mee all the time. Haha! If I have a food gourmet boyfriend, we'll probably argue all the time? He'd want to go to some expensive food places and I'll just gladly settle for Food Republic?!

I'm so glad to have this rare gem!
