monday is so blue

Office will always be especially blue on Mondays. I had my lunch with John, Duncan and Perlyn today. It was a good catch-up for everyone I suppose.

At least it was a good one for myself. Hehe, it's only Monday and now I'm looking forward to the weekend again. Anyway, my day at office was terrible. I was extremely tired. Tired from resolving the breaks left over from last Friday. Well, I did manage to find out what went wrong and what caused these breaks. London was supposed to clean up them but apparently they did not. The breaks stayed on the recon. I was so engrossed in studying my breaks today that I did not even realise boyfriend was sneaking up on me and then he stretched his hand to steal my apple crumble. I bought some apple crumbles from LPS. Well, yeah, I did buy one for him. I just didn't sense that he came by! Hehe, this probably proved how much I was deep in thoughts on the breaks. I wanted to meet boyfriend for dinner today but decided to go home instead. I was too tired to stay on.

I hope tomorrow will be a better day. Hehe, I'm just praying that the breaks will disappear! I highly doubt so. All thanks to the inefficiencies from London. Can't they feel my pain?!
I'm glad that the KPI call conference was cancelled today; otherwise I'd have to spend some effort to elaborate on the great deal of breaks coming from these issues. Well, there is always next week. The breaks need to clear by end of the week.

Again, here I am; YAHOO-ING!

Guess some of you may know what it means now by that now. Loads of planning on hand to be done. I have to plan what to do for my November block leave starting on 23rd Nov.

Somewhat, I dread the block leave. I don't really like to take long periods of leave. It just doesn't motivate you to go back to work after that. Oh well, we're looking at a short getaway in Phuket. Haha, but then again, there isn't much to do at Phuket. There are some places in mind and we need to discuss together. I am happy that boyfriend will take leave in November.

Of course, he isn't gonna be taking 10 days of leave like me. And after 10 days of leave, I have to clear another 7 more by end of the year. Should I be thankful I have quite a bit of leave? I am lucky compared to those who have miserable days of annual leave. Oops. Okay, maybe another trip at end of the year. Or early next year. Well, just my side of planning wouldn't achieve anything. Hopefully boyfriend will be free to discuss with me sometime soon.

My calendar looks packed from last weekend of September onwards. Nic's farewell - 24th Sept ; Tina's wedding - 26th Sept; 03 Oct - meet - up with yen & co ; 10th Oct - team BBQ at West Coast (which I seriously dread to go) 16th Oct - Penang trip.

Went to Loewe on Saturday with boyfriend. My eyes landed on this bronze leather bag which costs 2590. Praying hard for bonus. Then again, bronze isn't a suitable colour to bring to work uh? We'll see how it goes. Maybe just a casual Gucci is good enough.
But ... I yearn for Prada too. :(
