Today was an especially boring day at work. Spent 2 hours at work doing paper work; I can't believe that. 2 hours of archiving of reports to be sent away...I concluded that we killed countless trees every year.
There was a team meeting today near end of the day. I seriously dislike team meetings even though most of the time they are useful. I had planned to go jogging in the evening but the plan was spoilt by the team meeting. I probably have to wait till Friday.
It's time to get some exercise again and progress towards my new year resolution for 2010. I never did like resolutions because I never manage to achieve them. Hehe... perhaps one of the resolutions should be to try to achieve my resolutions. Oh well... more discpline and just more discipline I reckon.
Got news that there was a break-up in my uni clique. It's really sad how years of relationship just went down the drain like that. Not sure what happened exactly...I hope that they'll not regret the decision to split. It's such a pity.
This evening was well-spent with boyfriend... though the dinner with him was short, it was good time spent. I hope he'd feel the same too. I worry for him though. Work has been ending pretty late for him recently. I wish he could get more sleep... perhaps the weekend is a good time for him to catch up on the loss of sleep. Frankly, I think sleeping the weekend away is a big waste. We hardly have enough time on the weekend, why waste it on sleeping? But of course if you're really sleepy, then it is only logical to sleep. Otherwise, I'd rather be doing something else!
I managed to plan something on 29th with the uni clique. I thought I had given up on organizing something. Looks like there is still a glimmer of hope.... Hopefully nothing goes wrong?
It's also time to plan for a holiday in March. The initial plan was a 3D2N trip to Malacca. With the church attacks in Msia, not sure if it is a good time to go now. I wouldn't mind going to Hanoi or Angkor Wat though except that I have to live with that fact that these places are purely for sightseeing and no shopping at all. And... Bangkok isn't safe for now as well. Why is it always hard to travel with a peace of mind?
I do not really want to travel too far. I am pretty keen on Malacca still. We'll probably drop by Golden Mile complex to check out the tour packages that the agencies can offer.
It's almost time for bed again. Boo. And it's THURSDAY tomorrow!
