my first ultrasound scan
I did my first ultrasound scan of my womb today. Yes, I finally decided to go for it so that I could put my mind at ease. After several sufferings of painful cramps and bleeding, everyone has been telling me to go for a check-up. Oh well, I am relieved that it was nothing serious but the gynae told me that I needed to go for another scan in 2 weeks' time. There were some fluids near my womb and the gynae recommended me to go for a more detailed scan.
Overall, he mentioned that I shouldn't have anything to worry about for now. The wait at the clinic was incredibly long and torturous. Thankfully, Mr Wu was with me!
Unfortunately, we spent 1/4 of our weekends at the clinic just like that.
I am tired from the long day and yet refusing to sleep. What's wrong with me? Hmmm, sometimes, I do really feel that sleeping is a waste of time on weekends but not on weekdays. Haha, weekends are playtime, isn't it ?!
I can't stand being cooped up at home and just being a potato couch in front of the box. There is probably only one exception - only if baby Charlotte is at home! I love, love, love this baby to bits. She has never failed to make my days (:
She will turn one year old this September, I can't wait to spend her first birthday celebration together with this little Princess! And.... I am already checking out on Amazon what to get for her!
Speaking of September, Mr Wu and I were thinking of going Taiwan. We had already blocked out our 10-day leave period.
Coincidentally, Jetstar is now having sales for tickets to Taiwan - 380SGD per pax for a return ticket to Taiwan. I checked around with friends who've been to Taiwan, most said the price was reasonable and affordable.
We should be booking the tickets tomorrow morning. I am so excited!
